Get an MPP Quick Quote in 3 Simple Steps!
You can access MPP Quick Quote directly within the Mortgage Request section to help you in the insurance sales process by following the step-by-step instructions below. You can calculate the premium without submitting, as long as the application and request have been completed.
Important to note: · Make sure to choose the lender before requesting a quote. · Error messages and responses will display in the History Log of the Insurance section. · Some lenders won’t give a quote if they’re not registered with MPP. Instead you will just get a Call Me Form. · You must be registered with MPP to access this service. |

Step-By-Step
Get an MPP Quick Quote
Click the blue Quote button in the Payment Summary section in the Mortgage Request.
2. You will be bounced down to the Insurance section, all of the borrowers on file will be checked off. Make sure to unselect and borrowers that you don't want to be included.
3) Click the blue Get a Quick Quote button to get a quote. The quote will show up below in the MPP Response (Quote) as well as in the Payment Summary section in the Mortgage Request.
If you have multiple mortgage requests, you can use the quick quote option until the deal is finalized with the chosen lender. Scroll back up to the Payment Summary in the Mortgage Request section to see your quote added to the monthly payment breakdown.
Step-By-Step
Create an Application Form
Click the green Generate Form button back in the Insurance section. A PDF form will be generated below the quote called MPP Response. Click on the name to expand.
In the expanded MPP Response you’ll see all of the quote details. The History Log to the right will show you any error messages. Beneath the History Log you will have your PDF. Click to view.
An MPP Condition will automatically be added in your Conditions and Documents section after you clicked Apply Now. To find it, scroll up to the Conditions and Documents section to locate MPP Insurance under Insurance Forms, click the name to expand and view the PDF File.
Please Note:
If you had previously added an MPP condition, or had it set as one of your Smart Conditions, you may have duplicate MPP Conditions in your Conditions and Documents section. In this case, just click the name of the condition that you want to remove to expand it. Once expanded, click the red Archive button to remove this condition.
