Purchase Plus Improvements

The Improvements are added in the Mortgage Request section.

Go to the Mortgage Request section and scroll down to Improvements. Enter the Improvement amount. If you want the Improvement to be counted on top of your mortgage total, then check off the Improvements box (this will include it in the LTV). If you already included the Improvement it in the loan amount, then don’t check off the Improvements box so that it won’t be added to the total.

Example: How to add Improvements

If you need a mortgage total of $400K which includes $50K for improvements, you should enter $350K in the Mortgage Request field and $50K in the Improvement amount. This action will automatically adjust the Mortgage Request total to $400K and adjust the LTV accordingly.
