A data copy is a one time procedure which captures deals as they are. Any updates made to deals in the old account or new deals entered, after the copy has been initiated, will not reflect in the receiving account. The transfer will copy deals on which the account is set to Agent on file.
Deals will be allocated a new deal number with the recipient account’s firm code and are searchable by client name.
No data is removed from the originating account.
