Mortgage Agent License Designation

You can set the Authorized Title to be displayed on compliance documents generated through Velocity.

There are four options:

• Agent/Associate - Mortgage Agent Level 1 License

• Agent/Associate - Mortgage Agent Level 2 License

• Agent/Associate/Non Licensed

• Broker

The authorized title can be set for an Agent by an Office Admin account, or by an Agent when generating their compliance documents. See the steps below for how.

Setting the default for an Agent as Office Admin:

• Select Office Admin on the navigation bar on the right hand side of your screen.

• Under Edit User, select the name of the Agent you need to update. On their page, select the applicable option from the drop down menu.

Open

Now when an Agent comes to generate compliance documents, the selection made here will automatically reflect.

Agents have the ability to select their applicable title when generating compliance documents from the section indicated below:

Please note: if the Agent's Authorized Title is not set up under their profile by an Office Admin, they would need to select it each time they generate a compliance form
