Tutorial: Your Dashboard at a Glance
Your dashboard is designed to display all of the information you need quickly, right at your fingertips!
When you log in to Velocity, you will see:
1. Your Calendar Appointments
a. You will see things like client birthday reminders, items related to a deal and more! You can access the full calendar by clicking ‘View Full Calendar’.
2. Your ‘Deals Overview'
a. This overview will give you your high-level information about how many leads you have, what you have sitting as pre-approvals, what you have in your pipeline etc! You can go to your deals dashboard by clicking ‘Go to Deals Dashboard’.
3. Your ‘Notifications’ area
a. Your notifications area shows you your upcoming and overdue tasks, your current applications, your messages, and your reminders.
4. Your Message Centre
a. Your message centre keeps you up to date and even has a feature where you can send a quick message right from your dashboard.
5. Your CRM Overview
a. Your CRM overview keeps you up to date with important reminders about your clients that will help you stay in touch and generate more business.
