Problem

Volume Bonus (VB) and Finder's Fee (FF) not showing on BC Form 10

Solution

The Form 10 values are generated based on the data from the lender and the product selected against the mortgage amount with the percentage for the broker coming from their user information.

As you can see from the screen shots below the product selected for the deal has no Finder's Fee or Volume bonus and neither does the lender details in the second screenshot. The problem is the values aren't automatically populated:

Once the values are set up then the "Generate Interest Text" will work, it is up to the office manager to make sure these are correct but we can use the other products as a baseline for this (as that is what the automated values will be). You can edit the product and set the FF/VB based on the 5 year fixed value.
