Step-By-Step - Change the Deal Status to Complete

Once payment has been received for the deal, change the status of deal in Velocity to Complete.

The deal must be on the Dashboard under the status of Funded + Awaiting Payment. 

Open

Open the deal and select the blue Actions button and select Received Payment

This will change the deal status from Funded + Awaiting Payment to Complete 

Open

*If the status needs to be reversed, select the blue actions button and select remove payment*

Open

The deal will then be removed from the dashboard with the status of Complete. 

To find the specific deal again, simply type in the clients last name or deal number in the search box in the left hand menu. 

The file and the clients contact details can then be found on the results page.
