Unassigned Deals

Unassigned deals are deals that do not have an Associate role assigned to them.

The broker is on the deal, but no one is technically "working" on the deal yet.

There are two places to recognized and sort the unassigned deals,

1)

You can access the list of Unassigned deals by selecting Reports and Unassigned deals

You can assign the deal to yourself as the associate and/or broker, or assign the deal to a specific associate to work on the deal

2)

If the deal is not moving along the Dashboard, but the deal statuses are accurate, this means that the deal is still unassigned.

This can also be changed in the deal itself, under the Reminder's heading.
