Step-By-Step - Convert a Pre-Approval to an Approval

Step 1:

The same deal for this client could also be a pre-approval and so it would then be located under the pre approval section.

Step 2:

If the deal is no longer considered a pre-approval, open the deal by selecting the deal code number, and scroll down to Mortgage Request

Step 3:

Select Application Type and select Approval

Step 4:

This will move the deal to the Submissions heading on the dashboard

(just as long as the deal is already assigned to the user)

**You now have a client who is an official contact and with an application in progress

The same process applies to all leads in general and to all pre-approvals in general
