Change a Deal Status to Approved

Once the deal has been approved, log into the deal and scroll down to the mortgage request section. If the status hasn't been changed to Approved, then you can change it by going to the Mortgage Request section and clicking the green Approved button. 

 

  • The date that you approved it will now show on the button.

  • In the Modern View, the status at the top will change to Approved. 

  • Once the status reads as Approved, the deal will move over to the Approved column on your Dashboard. 

 

  • To change or clear the date select the dotted line and make the change.
