Step-By-Step - Park and Unpark a Deal

A Parked deal is a deal that is on standby as the broker waits to hear back from the client, or is waiting for a long period of time for required documentation to move the deal forward.
By parking the deal, the deal is removed from the dashboard and placed on the parked deals list located on the side bar menu. While a deal is Parked, it will not trigger deals based CRM campaigns.
To park a deal, open the deal and go to the top right hand corner and select the blue actions button
From there, select Park
The deal status will then change to Parked
(The deal is now accessible under the Parked Deals list on the sidebar menu)
To un-park a deal, open the deal and go to the top right hand corner and select the blue actions button
From there, select Unpark
**The deal status will then change back to the original status on the dashboard**
