Step-By-Step - Workflows
Workflows are an ideal way to personally reach out to your clients via phone or email.
To set up your Workflows, select the Me drop down menu > Workflows.
Stage = the stage that your deal is in
Workflow = reminder/ pre-scripted email or phone conversation that will fire for you or a colleague based off of the trigger point
First, add a Stage (i.e. lead, pre-approval, real deal, submitted, completed) by clicking the green Add Stage button.
Then, you need a Workflow. Either choose from the full list of pre-set workflows available for you, or add your own.
Add a Workflow by clicking the green Add Workflow button.
Stage = Choose from the stages that you previously established
Trigger = Choose the trigger for when this workflow should fire
Days from Trigger = Decide if you want the workflow to fire before or after the trigger date
Action = Is it a phone call, and email, or a text that you would like to be reminded to send? Emails can be pre-scripted and will offer the opportunity to make last minute edits before being sent.
Assign to = The Agent, Assistant, Associate or a Specific User
Enter your pre-scripted message in the body of the Workflow. You can use merge tags to automatically populate sections of text such as Name, Mortgage Information, Dates and more. The options for merge tags have been updated to provide more extensive options. Simply click on the drop-down menu to see all of the options and select as needed.
Click the blue Add button when you're finished.
Click the blue pencil icon to make any edits to your Workflow.
The active workflow events will appear on your Daily Calendar on your Homepage and in My Day.
**On the day of the event, you will be prompted to either call the client, text the client, or email the client**
